Every Device is Custom‑Made for You

Orthopaedic technologist at work

No two bodies are the same – so no two devices should be either. Our orthopaedic technologists take precise measurements, create plaster casts or digital scans, and hand‑craft each device in our on‑site workshop. We assess your functional needs, activity level, and personal goals to ensure your device enables you to live as independently as possible.

Our workshop is staffed by experienced orthopaedic technologists who fabricate devices using modern materials – lightweight thermoplastics, carbon fibre composites, aluminium, and soft goods. Having the workshop on‑site means:

Growing Children Need Growing Solutions

Paediatric Assistive Devices

Child using a custom paediatric walking frame

Children's needs change as they grow. Our paediatric devices are designed to accommodate growth through adjustable features or scheduled replacements. We work closely with families and therapists to ensure devices support development, not restrict it.

We offer a growth allowance in all paediatric orthotics, and follow‑up appointments every 6–12 months to reassess fit.
