Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy
Individualised therapy programmes for children and adults – restoring mobility, strength, and the ability to perform daily activities with confidence.
Helping You Move, Function, and Live Better
Our therapy department provides comprehensive physiotherapy and occupational therapy services to persons with disabilities of all ages. Whether you're recovering from surgery, living with a chronic condition, or seeking to maximise your child's developmental potential, our team of qualified therapists works with you to create an individualised treatment plan.
We take a person‑centred, goal‑oriented approach – focusing on what matters most to you and your family. Therapy is available on an outpatient basis or as part of inpatient rehabilitation for those requiring intensive daily sessions.
Physiotherapy
Restoring movement, strength, and function
Our physiotherapists work with children and adults with a wide range of conditions, including cerebral palsy, post‑surgical recovery, fractures, spinal cord injuries, stroke, and developmental delays.
Strength & Conditioning
Progressive exercises to rebuild muscle strength after illness, injury, or surgery.
Gait Training
Relearning to walk correctly using parallel bars, walkers, and other assistive devices.
Range of Motion
Stretching and mobilisation techniques to prevent and treat joint contractures.

Enabling participation in daily life activities
Occupational therapy focuses on the things you need and want to do every day – eating, dressing, writing, playing, working. Our OTs help children and adults develop the skills to live as independently as possible.
Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
Training in self‑care tasks: feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Fine Motor Development
Hand strengthening, grasp patterns, and handwriting skills for children.
Sensory Integration
Therapy for children with sensory processing difficulties, often associated with autism or developmental delays.
Adaptive Equipment
Prescribing and training in the use of specialised utensils, dressing aids, and communication devices.
Seating & Positioning
Assessment for custom seating, wheelchairs, and postural support to improve comfort and function.
Home Assessments
Recommendations for home modifications to improve safety and accessibility.
Helping Children Reach Their Full Potential
Children with cerebral palsy, developmental delay, spina bifida, and other conditions benefit from early and consistent therapy. Our paediatric therapists use play‑based techniques to engage children while working on motor milestones, hand function, and independence.
- Early intervention for infants (0–3 years)
- School readiness and fine motor groups
- Parent coaching and home programmes
- Collaboration with teachers for classroom adaptations
